Sturdy and compact. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very handy *by L***K on July 16, 2022* I bought mine about 20 years ago and it's still holding up like new. I am a plus size woman and I use this as a toilet during the night when camping. My husband and I like to rustic camp and have no electricity and only vault toilets, if we are lucky. This makes it so I don't have to get out in the middle of the night and walk thru the forest to the bathroom. Definitely worth the money. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great idea that could go one step further *by B***B on December 3, 2024* Anyone who camps remote needs this. My only comment would be that they need to go one step further and just make it a camp chair that also doubles as a commode. That way you can use it as a regular chair when you don't need to do the biz. Dual use is always prize when it comes to packing/camping. ## Frequently Bought Together - Travel John Foldable Commode Chair - Portable Camping Toilet, Steel Frame with Padded Seat, Supports up to 225lbs - TravelJohn Portable Toilet Waste Bags - 3 Pack - Double Bag Leakproof Design - Inner Bag Gels All Liquid - Camping, Hunting, Hiking, Fishing, and More --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/341680089-traveljohn-foldable-commode-chair-portable-toilet-supports-up-to-225lbs](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/341680089-traveljohn-foldable-commode-chair-portable-toilet-supports-up-to-225lbs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-10*
