I buy a box of these every month. The taste is great for a protein drink, very ligh but filling. I always have one for breakfast with either a crumpet or fruit. I guess they are good for weight loss, although that is not why o get them. I get them whenever I’m in hospital with every meal because I have a hard time keeping solid food down. I have had an issue twice with one of the boxes leaking all over the others, but you can just rinse the other 23 off if you have that trouble. I think it’s an issue of drivers just tossing the deliveries. Our drivers aren’t very courteous and careful. They ate light, easy to keep down, with 9 gram of protein and very few calories. This would be a great weight loss helper because they fill you up without dragging you down.

My husband drinks a boost every day. We happened upon this flavor when he was hospitalized. I couldn't find them in the store, but when I saw them on Amazon, I ordered right away. They're very tasty and a nice change from the "milk" types. Definitely would recommend.

Very sweet I had to dilute with water to make it palatable. I definitely won’t drink it on an empty stomach unless I’m need of stool softener. Probably will only order if the orange is unavailable. Four stars just for nutritional benefits.

Consume for filing my calorie count and protein intake. Quality of product is great texture is good in size with a great meal makes a filling meal does not make my stomach upset and makes my calorie counts

I have 3 cases of this on subscription for monthly. I can't stand the milky supplements so found clear ones... Started out with a major competitor brand but they price themselves out! I was spending over 200 a month for the same nutritional drink different brand. This is a win win because I get a variety. I often mix one with other things like flavored waters, Pedialyte or other drinks for hydration. I have stomach problems and gastric sleeve surgery and I can't eat enough most days so I have to drink a supplement with enough protein... the clear supplements are a life saver for those of us who detest and refuse to drink the milky ones... I am a retired nurse and heard many say their loved ones wouldn't drink the milky ones... I drank clear ones for months after I got my gastric sleeve so I told them about the clear supplements. Their loved ones finally had a nutrition drink they could tolerate. If these are too sweet they can be tamed down with water, or something less sweet... My hubby hates anything too sweet but he also likes these without mixing with something else. For me I play around for a change.... These over ice with water mixed is my go to most of the time.
