Simple Install, great customer service
This product has been a great update to my f150 Lightning. once installed there had been no going back. i had a few questions about the product and the company has been great to deal with in that aspect as well. i would recommend this

great value, easy to install
Took 15 minutes to install. If I had to do it again I could do it in less than 10 minutes. Very simple, works effectively and absolutely prevents the tailgate from slamming down. Now it lowers down night and slow. No problem closing the tailgate. You might get a small scratch on the inside of your tailgate from parts rubbing up against it when closing the tailgate, but I was not concerned as my F-150 is aluminum and it wont rust. They do include a clear plastic sheet to cover areas which might rub. (you are going to get scratches in your paint eventually anyway, and this one you wont even see unless you open the tailgate and look for it). Overall, I was very satisfied.
