I should first say I started taking 2 pills instead of the recommended 1 per day. I should have read the back but most of these supplements I've tried require that you take 2 and it was habit for me. I also take them in the morning. After about 4 days I really started noticing a difference. The biggest improvement for me has been sleep. I went from needing a good 9-11 hours a night to feel decent to needing 6. That is a significant difference. It always really bothered me I slept so much but I thought I just had to live with it. I didn't buy them with the intention or expectation to correct my sleep habits but it's been such a nice surprise and I can get a lot more done with the extra 3-5 hours hours I have in a day. I thought it'd just be a little energy boost after I took these, but it's actually really helping me. I can also just wake up and get going instead feeling deprived all the time. That is pretty life changing for me. It's not just the shorter sleep times, but how much more effective sleep is. I also notice that after I take them I feel a bit more perky/focused. It's similar to the feeling you get when you have a cup of matcha tea, just a bit more mellow. I have not experienced any negative side effects from this at all so I'm going to keep taking 2. It has completely gotten rid of the fatigue I've been dealing with. I would HIGHLY recommend, especially for how cheap they are and how quickly it works. I will say that I am not entirely sure why I needed so much sleep or what the source of my fatigue was other than maybe birth control, but it's just amazing having it gone so suddenly after so many years of feeling like garbage. I really just thought that it was how I was, like I lost the genetic lottery in that department or something and never expected it to be corrected. I just can't stress how much better I feel and I feel like people need to know. I'll also note that I did not have the cocoa powder scent in mine that negative reviews mention.

Don't be decieved by the price I purchased this and there's a video on you tube where he test 5 brands this was one and this product was not pure than the other it's a great product

Are they real? I grind my own mushrooms and this powder does taste and smell like mushroom, but not very strong like I would expect. My mushrooms have a much stronger taste and smell. This is ground very fine, as fine as my expensive spice grinder can do. Do they work? Hard to say, placebo effect is real. I can tell you that I feel generally pretty good and normal when I take them. I don't take them everyday, but instead every few days. I have not been napping as much or for as long since I've started taking them, so I feel like that might be a real measure of success. Pro: My mood seems to be average or above average I am not napping as much or for as long Cheap! Very good price. Con: They give me gas, a lot of gas. The taste and smell of the powder is not as strong as I would expect from a fresher ground mushroom.
