The only one that worked was PWAH. (Others were too thick or too thin (with no way to adjust fill), smelly, uncomfortable.) The PWAH pillow has allowed my ears to "calm down" considerably, and I am back to a good night's sleep. PWAH is comfortable, doesn't get warm during the night, is easy to care for, sized just right for travel, has easy-to-adjust fill, and was an easy transition from my cushy down pillow (that part surprised me the most). You can try to design your own DIY pillow with a hole (good luck with that!) like I did, but life is short so consider getting the real deal: Pillow With a Hole. Oh, and the paperwork that comes with the pillow saying they WANT calls with any and all feedback, is real. Great pillow, great customer service, great relief!
