The Original Smart Mop with 3 BONUS Smart Cloths, Natures Pillows, Inc., As Seen On TV

NOT the original, by any means, this one was effed up right out of the box. I have owned a couple of the original mops for probably 20 years, love love love them, but eventually, one broke, so I bought this to replace it. NOT even close to the original. First, the mop head is so shoddily made, that it's laughable. Immediately, and I do mean instantly, when it got wet, it fell off the plastic cone meant to hold it in place. I will fix it, with a cable tie, but come ON, can't I use it even ONCE before it falls apart? I have been buying replacement mop heads on another site, and I will buy those again before I buy another piece of trash like this. Another reviewer said "it says comes with three shammy mop heads" but it very clearly reads "three cloths" so there should be no confusion there.If you can find a decent smart mop, as they used to be made, you won't find a better mop for cleaning up when you can't sweep or vacuum first. I provide end of life care for an animal rescue group, so I have lots of really gross messes that must be cleaned up instantly, without the possibility of sweeping first, and this mop picks up everything except very large items, and then rinses clean. I think many of the negative reviews are from people who never actually learned how to use the mop, and are blaming the mop for this.

I had a smart mop for years, but it finally fell apart in the washer, so I ordered a new one. The new handle (even though it was in pieces and the old one was not) seems fine, but the mop itself seems different (larger strips, heavier). It was not sewn properly and so it pokes out at the end. I also had a horrible time getting it to screw on the handle. Had something to do with bulkiness of mop I think. Anyway, the mop works okay but I would be reluctant to order another by email. Would like to view in person and try out screwing on the top before buying another.

I am a stay at home mom that is always cleaning. I thought I would give the Smart Mop a try and WOW, I am glad I did. This totally eliminates sweeping!! I just soak it in my cleaner water, rinse and then do the floors!! It is a must have!! If I had to pick a downfall to it I would say that I wish the Shammy Head was a little bigger, but honestly this saves so much time. Prior to the Smart Mop I would Sweep the floor, then Mop but I would always miss some with the sweeping and I hated doing the floors but now I am in Heaven!! My Husband is a Tile Installer so I have to keep our household floors Perfect (His concept is he gave me beautiful floors and it is my job to keep them clean.) So He is very happy with the Smart Mop and is going to order one for his work!! 5 Stars!!

This is the mop I needed, I have used them in the past and I find them very fast and useful for the laminate floors. However, this particular mop is advertised with 3 replacement shammy mop heads, but it does not come with replacement mop heads. It comes with 3 shammy cloths, for dusting or cleaning, but they don't attach to the mop in any way. The merchant is good and will promptly take care of any customer service issues you may have. But the mop comes with only 1 mop head.

The description says it comes with three replacement shammy cloths. I kinda figured that meant replacement heads. No such luck. I'm not sure what they're meant to replace, but all they are is three small shammy cloths which have nothing to do with the mop itself. After using the mop once, I'm not real impressed. I'd have to say it's overpriced by quite a bit. It did come apart the first time I got it wet, but I was able to get it back together. I don't think I'll buy another one when this one breaks...which I'm sure it will before it's worn out.

These shoes are too long and too wide. I don"t understand why because I have two pairs of Mootsies Tootsies, in black an brown that I purchased several years ago and they fit better, even though they are a bit wide also.I will return this pair. You provided a return slip for my remarks as to why I am returning the shoes. I don't see a return mailing label which would have been helpful.Thanks,Norma

The construction is extremely cheap. The mop head is held together by a plastic tie fastener like the ones you find in hardware stores in packs of 100 - the kind you use to hold TV cables together or secure garbage bags. Except this one keeps breaking off in little pieces on the end so it gets shorter and shorter and you have to tie your mop tighter and tighter until the tie no longer reaches around all the way. This was after 3 uses. Also, under the "Product Features" it says "Includes 3 bonus machine-washable shammy mop heads." It does not. It comes with 3 flat cloths for wiping things down, but they are not mop heads.Thanks to Amazon though for great customer service, issuing a refund for this terrible product. They should remove it from their site altogether so no one else gets ripped off.

I just got the mop heads and they are just like the one I got when the mop was new. I did not get mop itself because I already have it. Only complaint I have is how long it took me to get them. I was afraid they were not coming, otherwise very satisfied so far.
