I am at an age where quality far exceeds any other attributes in products and services that I buy or use! Having not been familiar with this brand I took a leap of faith and now after owning this for just under a year I feel like I can write a brief review of what I use this machine for and what the results are for me! Hisense was not a brand that first came to mind when I was thinking about domestic appliances and of course all the big brands were in my brain vying for attention. Now having had experience with Hisense and been very impressed with the product I chose, I am now actively looking for other products from Hisense to enhance my life. This is only the second time I have been interested in a washer dryer, the other time was many years ago when they were not very good. Two years ago I bought what I perceived as a top end washing machine from Hotpoint and I had issues with it from the beginning. It finally broke down in style after several attempts to wash a few shirts and the noises it made were very loud and very annoying. The Hisense was delivered and after reading all the instructions and operating procedures I set it to work on quite a large load. The first thing I noticed when it started was how quiet it is and the loudest noise comes from the water going through the valves. Which is admirable. The more I use this machine the more I learn how to get the best from it and I have tried different detergents and softener products with it and can say that it works great and my laundry has been coming out clean and fresh. The drying process is also really efficient and things like bedding and sheets and pillowcases come out great and require minimal ironing. I have not used the re-fresh program yet but when I do I will come back to this review and update it with the details.

Washer/Dryer was great for almost two years then threw up an error and stopped working. Warranty still had 5 days left. What luck I thought. No customer support on weekends, so I used their online portal to request a call back on Monday morning. No call on Monday or Tuesday so I tried calling again. Got through quite quickly, but first engineer appointment was two weeks away. Engineer came, "fixed" the machine in 5 mins. Great I thought. First wash...same error. 17 days with no washing machine and counting. Called support again, was put on hold about 4 times as they were having IT issues. Finally got an engineer appointment, but not for another two weeks!!! Following day I got an email changing my appointment to 29th October...machine broke down on 28th September!! Engineer came and needed to order a new part (control board apparently), no timescale for him getting it. 5 weeks with no washing machine. Following day I got an email telling me engineer would be back on 15th November. Who knows if it will be fixed? I'm not hopeful any more. 7 weeks at least with no washer/dryer and counting. 3 days of work (they even have the gall to warn me if nobody is home for the appointment I could be charged!! Avoid this brand, any brand can have a breakdown, but how it is dealt with is of vital importance. Wish it had been out of warranty and I would have been less than a week without a washing machine as I would have cursed my luck and replaced it within a week. Stressful too. Actually disgusting that I have been left without a washing machine for 7 weeks AND counting!! *edit* on 14th November got a message that the part hadn't arrived so the following days visit was cancelled. Awaiting further update that they have received the "part" It is now 1st December. 9 weeks and counting!!! *edit* 22/02/25 a couple days short of SIX MONTHS of my Washing machine breaking down within warranty I've succumbed and bought a new one. What a disgrace of a company. Can't deal with the anxiety caused from contact with them. Shambles of a company. Avoid Hisense products at all cost...if they breakdown, they don't care, they will screw you....they break you down until you give up.

I have had this washer dryer just over a week now, i purchased it as it was on offer for £405. I have used it a few times now and it washes and dries clothes brilliantly. On a full load it will say 7hr 53mins to start but i find it usually drops to 6-6:30hrs to wash and dry. The clothes come out very clean and very warm and dry. You can also do a normal wash and then use a dry programme after if you want to cut the time. I paid for the installation and recycle of my old machine and the guys were very good and helpful. The only thing that could be a problem is that the height of the machine says it's 84-84.5cm high but it is actually about 86cm high so it was very much a squeeze getting it to fit under the counter so just beware and make sure your counter top is 86cm or higher first. Overall i would definitely recommend buying this machine, I'm very happy with my bargain of a purchase. UPDATE: I've been messing about with this and if you want to do a full load quick wash and dry then i recommended putting it on a quick 15 wash, changing the temperature to 40 degrees which then takes it to a 30 minute wash and then putting it on a dry for 3 hours and it cleans and dries clothes with no problems.

It is good and caused me no issues so far as ran good. It is not high enough to get a suitable container under when cleaning the pump filter which is an annoyance.

We like the ability to select a 15 minute wash cycle for those light loads. The noise is reasonably low, while you will know that it's running, it doesn't stop you from having a conversation next to it or hearing a noise elsewhere in the house. The controls are not the most intuitive, but once you have a quick glance at the user guide, they are easy enough to remember. Installation is straight forward and you don't need specialised skills to do it. The machine is quite heavy though, so you need to be able handle it, if you are to self install it.

I’ve owned this machine for a few months and yes I agree it doesn’t have the best options for cycles however, for efficiency it does reduce the washing/drying times based on the load. I was sceptical at first as I’ve always owned Samsung washer/dryer. Saying that, this has exceeded upon my expectations. Great washing machine, it’s on the go at least once or twice a day. Does the job and cleans clothes well.

Great machine on paper. No matter what setting I use everything comes out very creased. I'm not overloading it, even a single pair of jeans needs an iron most of the time even after reducing the spin speed to 800. I'm surprised this isn't mentioned in other reviews. As others have said, the 'manual' (all 2 double sided A4 pages) is useless. Otherwise a good machine. I don't mind the long cycle times. It does have a drying sensor as far as I can tell. If I put it on a 3hr drying cycle and the clothes aren't quite dry I put it on again and it usually drops to 1.5hrs.

I have had this machine for a year - it was working well. After a year of use the machine’s motor broke. It has been a pure nightmare since then: it has been two months and in total over 50 calls with Hisense to get the machine fixed, which is still not fixed. Probably the least efficient customer service I have ever seen, you must wait 2 weeks to have an engineer to come check the machine, who did not came because of « sickness », then while Hisense was promising to send an engineer with the new part (given I had provided the error code and that they said they had ordered the part to replace it), the engineer came after a month when the original appointment was rescheduled, with.. no part… so again I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get a new appointment. The engineer came with the replacement part, which.. was broken! In the meantime given how long all this was taking, I called Hisense which promised were escalating the case to have the whole machine replaced.. which.. never happened! Instead, the booked me another appointment with an engineer.. who… never came! Now I have been calling again 20 times to get to know why none came (no answer), and they can’t do anything or have the machine replaced as long as they don’t get an ETA on the new part delivery 🤡 we are a family of seven, going to the launderette has cost me more than the price of the brand new machine, and an hour a day for 2 months, not counting for the hours on the phone to get things fixed. This is absolute nightmare. Never buy Hisense.

Mi anterior lavadora secadora era un Balay silence ,a los 2 años escasos de uso me dejó de secar la ropa ,tengo dos niñas pequeñas y necesitaba urgente sustituirla,tenía dudas al principio por los comentarios negativos que tiene,llevo 15 días con ella dándole uso diario de varias coladas y estoy encantada!!sale la ropa perfecta y muy bien seca,puedes elegir un montón de lavados y secados diferentes adaptándolos a la cantidad de ropa,yo la uso a 25 minutos en el programa rápido a 30 grados y sale perfecta,después en acrílicos 2 horas de secado en la opción que sale el solecito y queda la ropa estupenda sin necesidad de planchar y seca ,lista para usarla. La volvería a comprar sin duda,por su eficacia,buen precio y tamaño del tambor de 10 kg ,aprovechas mucho cada lavado.

La lavadora viene e ao encenderla suena como se tuviera 20 años , hasta el vecino de arriba escucha como suena el rodillo , llamo asistencia técnica e me viene un tío con mala leche ,a las 5:30 de la tarde abre la lavadora e le acerco e digo..,haver como es una lavadora e secadora por dentro nunca e visto una ,no tengo ni idea de como es ;..e me contesta el (tecnico)..,(NI YO )me quede con esto e pienso e escuchado mal , bueno el caso que el tío parece que no tiene ni idea mismo , llama a un compañero e este ya no le contesta por que ya passa de las 6 de la tarde ,el tipo se va e diss que me iba llamar el día siguiente para decirme algo, bueno passa dos días e no me llama llamo yo otra ves asistencia técnica e total me mandan el mismo tío que viene con una arandela e en 10 minutos se va otra ves con lo mismo , que entraremos en contacto con usted , no llaman .,llamo otra ves e otra e otra e email total como 5 veces ya e nada sigo con a lavadora de 600€que me suena como una cama de abuela, ..

Una maravilla de máquina, estuve leyendo comentarios y me echaban hacía atrás los negativos sobre que no secaba bien o que los programas eran excesivamente largos. Quizás eche de menos alguno de 30 o 45 minutos para lavados más ligeros pero como todo es organizarse. Con 1400 revoluciones apenas hace ruido ni se mueve. La parte del secado me ha encantado, todo sale perfectamente seco, claro está, si mantienes el limite de los kilos de ropa para cada función.

Llevo usándola unas semanas y la verdad es que estoy bastante contento. La compré porque no tenía sitio (ni ganas) para poner lavadora y secadora por separado, así que esta 2 en 1 me vino de perlas. 🧼 Lo que más me gusta • Lava muy bien, deja la ropa limpia y suave. • El programa rápido de 15 min es una maravilla cuando solo quieres una camiseta sin oler a… ya sabes 😅. • Seca bastante decentemente también, lo cual es importante porque no tenía otra secadora. • Apenas hace ruido (o al menos no tanto como otras lavadoras que he tenido). Lo que no me flipa tanto: • La capacidad de secado es menor que la de lavado, así que si metes mucha ropa, toca hacer dos tandas. • Algunos ciclos tardan bastante, pero eso es normal en este tipo de aparatos. En resumen Buena relación calidad-precio. Si quieres una lavadora y secadora en un solo aparato sin complicarte la vida, está bastante bien. No es ultra premium, pero para uso diario cumple
