More comfortable than Sennheiser's foam plugs, excellent fit
I have used the medium size foam plugs on my Sennheiser IE8 earphones and they fit just right as I had expected. Sennheiser for some ridiculous reason, does NOT make MEDIUM size foam ear buds for their earphones which come with their IE series. I even confirmed this with Sennheiser and the customer service agent agreed that, for such an expensive pair of earphones, it is not logical not to have a medium size earbud in foam. Foam insulates the best against ambient (outside) noise so it was a pleasant surprise that the T-500's were very effective, as effective as the Sennheiser foams, in blocking out the sound of the metro (subway), even when I listened to classical music. You don't hear people speaking and they are as effective as the Sennheiser HD-25 series closed headphones in noise suppression. As for the sound quality that some mention regarding the dullness, I don't feel it at all. You may need to increase the high frequencies using an equalizer but the bass is great and the brightness of the sound, mids and highs is very good - just as good as the Sennheiser foam. The material being softer, makes it much more comfortable while still giving an excellent seal around your ear to block out noise. The differences in the hardness of this Comply foam and that of the Sennheiser stock ones can explain the little adjustment required in increasing the highs a bit, but after this, the sound quality is great. I have a pair of Paradigm Studio 20 high-definition speakers and so my listening is quite well trained and attuned to hearing different frequencies. The most important thing is the excellent noise isolation and the comfort, which the Comply T-500s do an excellent job of providing. I would highly recommend the Comply T-500s.

Just what I needed.
Worthy upgrade over the rubber tips that came with my Iems. Adds a lot of bass. I would recommend getting the assorted sizes unless you absolutely know which ones to get. I would recommend these as they fit very well in the ear and stay in place and I don’t lose out in sound quality. I use Iems with my quest 3 and these help a ton with staying in my ears while moving.

Need a new set!
As a worship leader I needed these. They block out the outside sound great and fit snug in my ear. The only issue is I need a new set because they have been used so many times they are starting to wear down.

Designed to make awesome into Epic
Genuinely required if you want the best audio profile you can get. Coming from an audiophile, if you want to get your money's worth out of the IEMs these attach to, you'll need these. The foam is super comfortable and comes in a variety of sizes to fit your ears best. I ended up using a medium and a large size tip and they fit great. Best way to use them was to crush down the foam then insert them into my ears where they'd fill up, almost like earplugs. The tips' foam quality must be premium because they seal super well in my ears. They also don't degrade easy so they should last you as long as your IEMs do. Highly worth the money, definitely purchase it if you want the best IEM experience.

Phenomenal tight comfortable fit
Phenomenal tight comfortable fit. I will give these 10 stars. I have struggle with my in ear monitors on stage getting sweaty and coming out every time the cord tug on it a little bit these are so tight yet comfortable and seal perfectly. I am so over overwhelmed and joyful finding these. These work with my in ear stage monitor system I’m assuming they are standard fit on most models. They fit mine perfectly. Watch the video.

Tear easy but are good for what they are.
These work great and are comfortable, but after some time they tend to tear. Price isn't bad but you get what you pay for. If you find these nice, buy multiple.

Keeps my earbuds in, and seems sturdy
My earbuds don't fall out anymore! I had silicone tips previously, and no matter what size I wore, eventually I'd sweat the earbuds out while running. This earplug style foam tip actually gives pushback against my ear canal, and after about a month of sweating into them, the what I assume is rubber coated foam has shown no signs of wear.

T-500s + Generic Ear Stabilizers for the PERFECT Bluebud X fit!
Purchased the Jaybird Bluebuds X for exercise + running, and was ready to return them because the tips and ear supports they include are HORRIBLE. I did some research and found the perfect combo that make the Bluebuds the best wireless earbuds on the market. Make sure to purchase the "Generic ear supports" listed below along with the Comply T-500 for the ultimate fit. The T-500s fit nicely and create the perfect seal that elimates most outside noise, as well as prevent the earbuds from moving around which, when using the original tips, created a weird feedback sound from the cord moving around. Just make sure to squeeze them with your fingers and thumb to fully compress the foam evenly before inserting in your ear. I found playing with the angle or insertion, and pulling down on my earlobe while fitting helped me achieve a solid fit. The T-500's were much easier to install than the other reviews would lead you to believe. I found that starting with one side, while angling the tip at a 45 degree angle, then "rocking" onto the other side with firm pressure worked for me. Once over the earbud don't be afraid to push hard enough for it to fully seat itself. I found it helped to use a Quarter to apply even pressure and to give more surface area to seat the tip once I got the tip over the top of the earbud. Below are the ear supports I ordered that are mandatory for the perfect fit. They are very similar in fit (just the ear flange part) to the Bose earbud tips, which are the best factory design I've found for my personal tastes.
