I love this supplement. I have been seeing a great difference in my hair since the moment I have started using it. My hair is thicker and it has stopped falling off as much as it used to. Consistency is key just like with everything else.

As I've had so much hair loss from taking medications, I've tried several hair-growth supplements over the past 5 years. This one is definitely the most effective. After 6 months, my hair is thickening even though I'm still having some hair loss from use of meds. This was recommended to me by a health food store worker in Vermont as the best available. He was right! Make sure to purchase the one with 5000 mcg of Biotin, not 3500.

I purchased specifically for nails and hair. Since Covid, I let my nails grow out. I had gel powder for over 20+ years and since they no longer have gel, they split and chip and just won't grow. I'm on my third bottle and my hair seems fuller and a bit thicker but it hasn't done anything for my nails. I will continue taking it, as sometimes it takes longer than a few months to notice a difference.

Going on 10 weeks and yes I recommend!!!!! I do take 5000mg along with Collagen and I am pleased!
