Great to use if you can't use actual garlic
I love garlic, but do just some current gut issues I'm not allowed to have garlic or even powdered garlic. I was told I can have garlic infused extra virgin olive oil. So I gave this a try. It definitely had a strong garlic taste. I was worried it wouldn't taste like much. Definitely has saved my meals and made them less boring. I'm so happy this was suggested to me. I love that this one is organic and first cold press. Also there's no actual garlic still sitting in it which is great. I've seen some at stores where they're still pieces of garlic in the oil. I definitely plan on buying this again.

Great for FODMAP diet! We keep reordering!
I bought one bottle the first time and we went through it in about a week. The flavor is terrific. The texture is wonderful. The health benefits perfect! It has a light feel on the mouth too. The second time I bought them I bought a three pack and I'm about ready to buy another three pack perfect for people who are following the FODMAP diet no garlic pieces! just infused!

Great flavor!
Purchased in order to follow low FODMAP diet. Very flavorful! About 24 hours after consuming I did experience mild GI symptoms and was sweating garlic! Apparently I am very sensitive to garlic in all forms. I would suggest use in moderation.

Great Garlic Oil.
Good flavor in this oil. My bottle was quite strong and the aroma filled the kitchen; however, I liked it fine. I like using it in and on focaccia bread. It tastes wonderful. Easy garlic bread. Sometimes I don't need the olive oil, but love the garlic, so, I bought their toasted nuggets. It is just garlic and olive oil and digestable for sensitive stomachs. Great addition when you need the flavor. Would buy again.

IBS safe for me!
I have IBS and can't eat garlic, but have no problem at all with this garlic infused olive oil. It's nice to get the garlic flavor once in awhile and the benefits of garlic without the stomach issues. Solid value for the money in top quality. Will continue to buy.
