So here is the deal with these headphones. Sound is pretty good, the controls are excellent, but the biggest problem is the Blue Tooth antenna.This is the third pair of these that I've had, the first had other issues as well as the blue tooth, the second pair only had the Blue tooth issue, and this one only has the Blue Tooth issue. I'm keeping this pair because I think the only way to get a set that doesn't have an issue with Bluetooth would be to buy a more expensive pair or get lucky.So here is what happens. It pairs up easily and as long as your device is in line of site it runs wonderfully, but if you stick it in your pocket it will cut out on you often. I know that it isn't the Bluetooth on my devices because they have worked well in the past with other head sets and this issue happens with two separate devices (my tablet and phone).If you are using this with devices that are in line of site (like for kids watching movies on DVDs or Tablets) then it is awesome, or if you have an armband that you keep your phone/MP3 player in while you work out it is great, but if you are going to keep your device in your pocket you may want to try a different brand.It stinks because if these had a better Bluetooth antenna they would be the best deal out there in headphones.

The look of the product is great. It is true to the picture and it works well as headphones to listen to music. HOWEVER...it sucks when it comes to taking phone calls. I'm not sure if I have a defected product, but everytime I start talking, people always complain that they are unable to hear me. The headset keeps going out. I have to keep turning the device off and on in order to make it work and that is throughout the entire phone call which gets frustrating! The device has great potential but my whole reason for buying it was to have hands free conversation. I'm kind of disappointed especially for the price that I paid for it.

The sound is decent and the color is awesome but the range sucks. It breaks up and cracks while listening to music, even in the same room. I don't use it for calls due to the poor connection quality. And don't even think about leaving the room, then the sound stops completely. Even when working out with my phone in my armband it still cracks up like I'm too far away from the phone. I'll use it until it burns out which will probably be soon. My suggestion: don't buy these.

The sound quality was ok and the setup was incredibly easy. However, when I first held it in my hands it did have a cheap feel to it. Within 5 weeks of purchasing, the left headphone went out and I missed the window to return! When I paired it with my phone it would occasionally drop calls or unpair. This only happened in the last 4th week. Also, whomever I spoke to on the phone complained about the sound quality of the microphone. I could've dealt with those, but losing one of the speakers really soured me towards this purchase. Buyer beware!

Bought this for hubby. At first it was perfect for him... Had it about 1 math, then it just wouldn't work/hold a charge anymore. Happened overnight, one day just stopped working. Taken care of very well also. Very disappointed I must say. Returned it for refund.

These worked great without issue. I was able to use them for almost 2 years before the left earbud went out, and I think it's my own fault that happened. I would rebuy these in a heartbeat. Very easy directions to follow in getting them connected to whatever device and there are controls on the earbuds themselves to select music and control volume.

I bought a blue set for myself a few weeks before I bought these white ones for my daughter. We are both happy with them so far. They work fine, a little surprised for the price. Thank you!

Works great and light enough that they don't bug me while I'm wearing them. I'm not an audio purest by any means, but the music sounds fine to me and phone calls come in clear and the caller can hear me.
