Yes, all components are 304 stainless!

Q: conflicting measurements across sites. What is width without side trays?

Width without Side Trays should be roughly 25 in.

Q: how is the delivery and assembly synchronized?

The grill came in two separate boxes. While the head is mostly assembled you still have to install the flame tamers, shields and grates. Which is very simple. The cart however does require assembly. I used a power screw driver so make sure I torqued the screws properly. Overall assembly time was under an hour.

Q: what is the grill area size or grate

The main grill is 24" wide and 18" deep. The warming (upper) grill is 24 x 7".
