5K Education All About Today Weather & Calendar Magnetic Board - Blue

My son LOVES this little calendar, and it really has helped him learn so much. He recognizes which letters start the words in the calendar and he enjoys observing the weather outside and making daily changes to the board. Somehow (as three year old children seem to do) he lost a piece of it--the zero! I couldn't find it anywhere, and I contacted the seller directly (Play World Toys); they were so kind and sent me a zero. This was such a great surprise to receive in the mail and I'm impressed. I'm so accustomed to being treated like a number and this was above and beyond. I believe they are going to make replacement number sets in the near future. Anyway, this is a sturdy, fun little board (I just hung it on the wall with a nail), and it has been fun to chat about the day and weather in a hands-on way. Would definitely give as a gift.

I use this for my homeschool preschool. My two kids are still excited...after 4 months to do this every day. It has been a good teaching aid, and my 4 year old has it all down pat. Magnets strong enough, but not too strong for even an 18 month year old to use. One of the foamboard(?) magnets creased when opening, which made me think it wouldn't hold up, but it is. I think this is a great product! One change I would have is to do Day, month, date rather than month date day. Makers, if you read this, I'd love this to help out with when we read it all out. "Tell me about today?" "It's DAY, MONTH the DATE, The weather is Xxxxx and it is SEASON." This would flow much better. I'd still buy it again though. Just my two cents.

I love it! It’s great that it’s magnetic ! I’m homeschooling my grandsons one pre k and the other k. This will be great for circle time ! It’s made very well very sturdy!

I appreciate how sturdy this board is! On top of teaching your kids the months, days, weather and seasons, the board is very durable! I put it on the back of my kids room door and they love to play around with it.

Very nice, simple calendar to help my preschooler learn days, months, and dates, plus weather and seasons. He enjoys updating it every morning. Sturdy design and the magnets hold well on the board. Extra props to the seller, Play World Toys. I contacted them because we had lost 3 of the months. They replied immediately and were able to send me the missing months. It came with a handwritten thank you note for purchasing from a small business. Very impressed!

I have a child to start kindergarten in the fall. She loves to get up and change the date every day. Its definitely help with her to understand the concept of time. How ever i wish it came with extra peices. Have sense lost some pieces

This has been the perfect addition to our morning calendar routine! I do a homeschool preschool program and we love this! My two and three year olds think it’s so cool. The magnets stick well and the quality is really nice.

This is better quality than I expected for the price. We are homeschooling this year and I didn’t want to have to deal with printing, laminating, and adding Velcro to a million things. This is nice quilt and the colors are very bright, my son already wants to start school now because of this!!
