This is fantastic miso, packed with probiotics and authentic delicious taste. I'm having miso soup every day now and loving it. I have tried other company's miso but none other had me inspired like this. It is expensive cause it goes fast but what would be the point of getting something cheaper and losing the taste and quality and authenticity. Making good miso is an art and this company has done a fantastic job!!!

This is fantastic miso, packed with probiotics and authentic delicious taste. I'm having miso soup every day now and loving it. Most recent batch disappointed ... the chickpea miso is too soft a paste ... no consistency at all ... I've used this brand for some years but not likely to order again going forward ! Besides, this mushy miso was packed in a cheap, not-food-grade-plastic container. Not acceptable.
