Those are very good quality and packaging, easy to use helps to have more flexibility in your jaws don’t know about shopping your faceWish they come a bit stronger as for men are to soft special the beginner, maybe a bit larger would increase the jaws opening.They definitely work and relax your jaws bites

My honest opinion on these are they a good quality, but the lowest resistance one is no good for an adult. Compress to easy, and the tooth grips slip out. However the other two are perfectly useableI just couldn’t get into using them, but that doesn’t reflect the quality at all.

Intermittently using these and my jaw muscles certainly get worked. As for noticible differences it's been a few months but nothing of note.Kind of hard to keep in the mouth with wonky or offset teeth and jaw. Perhaps persistence will correct the offset jaw?

Beginners friendly. I like the product comes with additional strips for bite and neck carry cord. Of course storage box. This what I ordered and I got exactly what they described. If you are first time trying, you can start with this product

It has these plastic strips that keep popping out when you bite down on it. Absolutely useless and a potential choking hazard.

Good for gurning when full of gear

I had used these for a while, although infrequently, and hadn't notice any difference. I started taking it with me in the car when I go to work in the morning and using it while I drive. Although I hadn't noticed any difference, when I saw my girlfriend after a few weeks, she said my double chin had gone and that my face looked slimmer. I'm not sure if it had made any difference with my jawline. I guess it will take a long time of regular use for that. I think it does work, but you just have to use it regularly and stick with it.

Initially I was surprised because they're smaller than I expected, but as long as you position it properly it shouldn't cause any issues.I tried the beginner blue & really felt the effects after, was sore for a day since I have weak jaw muscles.It seems to help train the throat/neck muscles too.I've quickly moved onto the intermediate green since the blue stopped being effective pretty fast & it felt effective again (sore), though I did get a bit of a headache because of the effort required (not a complaint, it's to be expected like with most muscle training when pushed).It tightened up the jowl area along the jawline so it works.
