Your right wrist can rest in the right hand soft horizontal rubber guide rail & your left wrist rests in the hard edge of the table but it does depend on where your elbows are resting, you will figure out how you sit up in bed for the most comfort. You can use it horizontally like a table or at an angle, it's very versatile plus the legs can be pulled in or out to get the best fit when resting on your mattress etc. I would definitely buy again & can recommend it.

**Q: Configured for left handers?**
A: Could be used by left hand users, but could be awkward.  The rubber tabs to the left side keep the computer from sliding off when tilted.  As I am right handed I can not guarantee the comfort that you would have using your mouse from the left side.

**Q: Can the legs adjust outward?**
A: No, the legs don’t adjust outwards.

**Q: What is the width between the legs?**
A: About 19 inches at the top.  It widens to about 22 inches at the base.

**Q: Is it possible to get replacement parts for this?  I need a mouse bar and the silicone covers for the computer stoppers. Thanks!**
A: I have not needed any replacement parts so I’m not sure.

Very sturdy & doesn't wobble in the bed. Will easily take a 14" laptop & is comfortable to use. This is a great tray and well worth the money! It is very sturdy, holds my laptop and mouse and works well in bed when I’m having a Fibro flare. So easy to change height and the tilt is great.
