Q: Why did mfr change from flat tops to round? more insects get into larger holes on side creating death trap for innocent critically important insects!

The bee guards were updated so that they hinge open for easier cleaning. Our testing has not indicated that this change in the style traps insects. We appreciate your concern for our pollinators!

Q: Bee proof humming bird feeders

I like these hummingbird feeders because they limit what other creatures can access the food. Not completely wasp proof, but minimal. The yellow plastic screening ball- shapes are so tough to clean - they accumulate black mold, so I’m happy to have replacements to keep the food safe. I don’t change them every time but they get too tough to clean well. Glad to have found these.

Q: Is there a standard for these ? Are openings all different? We can't get these to work in any of our feeders!

They are probably purpose-built for hummingbird feeders in the Perky-pet line and are unlikely to fit models from any other manufacturer.

Q: Ordered two and payed for two, only received one, will I receive credit?
