A great help to arthritic knee
I just used one stick but really helped in getting down a steep hill in Scotland. For someone waiting for a knee replacement I was determined to see a waterfall while in Scotland. We didn’t realise what a trek it would be. This stick was a godsend for balance and confidence on very steep ground. I would definitely recommend, I have been converted to using when walking in the countryside.

Great purchase, super impressed 👏
After a recent sports injury i needed a pair of walking sticks to help me out and make an upcoming hike i had easier. Im super glad i came across these as these are so lightweight and compact they would fit into any bag. Loads of different attachments that came with it for different types of terrain and certainly came in to good use. Has its own little bag for easy storage for the sticks and attachments. With me being an outdoor enthusiast i did put them to the test as i do like to push myself and did not take it easy on them but they still witheld and can say they are super sturdy considering how light they are. Very adjustable for different heights and super easy to adjust. I love the design of these and they fit really well in my hands making them so comfortable. Most of all they did help a ton with my hike and cant wait for the next one as i know its gonna be a breeze with these amazing walking sticks.

Perfect portable adjustable hiking stick
The media could not be loaded. Quite handy for people who like hiking or even to use as walking stick. Best feature is it’s foldable makes it easy to carry. You can adjust the height according to one needs. Multiples end points so can adjust it to the environment. I have other normal walking stick but I prefer this one over them

Very nice product
Very nice product and easy to use. Comes with all the required attachments for various conditions. Just a pity the thread on one of the poles was damaged so the attachments won't hold in place. Still, this doesn't affect the rest of the pole and a minor issue. Would have been 5 stars otherwise

Supportive
Do read the product information because the instructions that come with them are terrible. I couldn't understand what was meant by "silver tab". It is actually a pop-out locking button. If you don't get that right, they fall apart.Once mastered the set up, they are a decent pair of poles for support. I am not a hard trekker but do like a bit of support for walking, especially over rough or uneven ground, e.g. countryside paths. They adjust to the height I want (I am 5'11") and help with my balance. Especially useful when tackling slopes or stairs as I can use my arm muscles as well as leg.A variety of tip fittings, to allow the right set up for hard to soft ground.

Lightweight, plenty of adjustment and selcection of feet.
The media could not be loaded. Since a car crash and spine surgery I have been left a little weak on my right side and wanted to get back to walking again – other than normal streets, paths., etc. I do have a walking stick, but it is not really suited for country surfaces, so I was pleased when these turned up.You get two walking stick, each in its own bag and with 4 different interchangeable feet. One is for snow; another I call little wellies and two others. These simply pull off and push on. So, easy enough to change. The handle comes with two grips. An upper cork-like one and a lower soft-silicone, both offering a decent grip, and have wrist straps. The lightweight poles come in four sections. A pull out and clip into place (this one adds tension to the inter-connecting wire), a second with measurements in cm, two further normal ones and then one for the feet to go on. Simple enough to put together and the height adjustment is very useful.Once for get the correct height set, then you are good to go. I found they give me good stability without placing any weight burden on my back. I can also use one of them as a normal walking stick if I wish.I am no expert when it comes to trekking poles but I found these to be ideal for my uses and good value at £29.99I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Thanks for reading.NB. For a sizing guide, squares in photos are 1cm.
