What king of hair would you get to braid godless braids?

These are crochet braids. Your stylist will have to braid your hair down then weave or "crochet" these braids through your braids for the desired look.

Can the loop stretch more or does it same the same and you have to loop through the hole as is?

It stretches just a little. It's definitely a challenge getting it through the hole since the braid is thick.
