Great quality.
Purchased these to use in machine embroidery appliqué. I needed solid colors of different shades. The colors are even and vibrant. No duplicates. They are not thin and see through. All seem to by 10x10. There is a shiny quality to them and will work 100% for what I need. Will purchase again if I run low.

Felt cheated, do not buy
These fabric pieces are ordinary cotton cut pieces. Very high price too. They measure only 8 x 8 inches, not 12 x 12. Not worth buying.

Perfect for what I needed
These are definitely not all cotton, but they are perfect for what I need them for. If you are going to sew with them definitely pre-wash! Several shrank a bit but it won’t affect my use. They are many different types of fabric (poly-cotton blend etc) so keep that in mind if you need everything to feel exactly the same. The photo is after I washed, dried and ironed. There was no colour bleeding luckily.
