My husband is color blind, so I have to buy most of his ties... I don't mind because I like to see him looking good. He has the type of job where most of the men dress "business casual". You know... khakis, blue shirt, informal shoes (what I call "MAWG"...Middle Aged White Guy clothes!) Nonetheless, he is often the public face of the company and has to appear in TV interviews quite often. This tie has become his staple "go-to" tie because it works with his blue shirt and khakis. All he has to do is put on this tie, don his blue blazer, and he's good for TV.The handkerchief is a bit "naff"... the edges are not neatly sewn with a blanket stitch but uses a serge hem instead - tacky. The cuff links are a nice bonus, but he doesn't have any shirts with French cuffs. The tie has a nice feel, is a twill weave, and looks nice. Good value for the money.
