But iam service engineer and was a desk worker befow who lives in AC now I can work under the sun In the summer and iam sensitive to heat.... It really reduced feeling of heat ALOT in summer under 45 degree combined with very large fiahing hatDownside that it will make ur shirt little wet but when u take it off it will dry in sun or AC for 10 - 15 minutes or u can get a spare shirt.... So let me tell you about this vest after wearing it today during my even brisk walking.ProsNone. This may keep your body cool but its not due to air flow or ventilation but due to wearing a wet vest over your t-shirt and it makes your t-shirt fully wet which actually keeps your skin cool.Cons1. There is no airflow possible as this is very thick. The material doesnt allow any air flow at all.2. The vest causes my skin below arm itchy as the thick outer ring keeps touching it again and again while walking and I sweat much so this causes itchiness and infection.3. It becomes very heavy after soaking it in water even if you try to drain it and wear. It will not be suitable for people who are slim and cant bear nearly 2.5/3 kg of weight of a vest.I used it today after receiving and it was the first and last time I have used it.
