This pan is great!! Sturdy, heavy weight and easy to clean. The only thing I wish is that it gave 3 sizes of skewers for the center instead of 2. When cooking for a long time at high heat it does seem to warp slightly but it does go back to normal. It is worth the money because it's a heavy pan. Great to make gyros and shwarma! I'm buying them for gifts this year.

The vertical skewer pan is sturdy, fun to use, relatively easy to clean, and being square fits in the oven well. Made tacos al Pastor in the oven for the first time and they turned out great. Dramatic look and would be great for a dinner party. Looking forward to some making gyros and shawarma in the near future.

We use a 22” Weber Kettle for all of our grilling, and our first use of this vehicle spit was making chicken shawarma. It was delicious! It does take longer to cook than you think due to the meat being stacked. This vertical spit was so easy to use and did its thing by slowly cooking the meat without letting it burn. The plate didn’t have any issues with the heat. We did indirect heat with coals in baskets on either side. It took about 1.5 hours for 3lbs of chicken thighs. The plate catches the juices perfectly, which is great for basting. We also used it for serving by slicing the meats and tossing it in the remaining drippings. Great meals and value for the price. Easy to clean, and the two sizes for the rods is very useful. We’re trying tacos al pastor next.

It's a nice heavy item that works very well. We've made smoked al pastor at home with it a couple times now and I couldn't be happier with the quality and ease of use. It comes with 2 spit pieces so you can use a shorter or longer rod for it. The tray holds a good amount of drippings which work great for basting. I'd highly recommend this as it works really well with our kettle grill and all you need to do is rotate the meat every hour or so.

This worked great and is solid design anf quality especially at the price point. I have made schwarma and gyros in the oven on freezing days in MN here when its too cold to fire up the grill. I really like this product- no issues through at least 5 cooks.

Finally opened the package to find both skewers are missing. The base plate seems high quality but is of no use without the skewers. Guess I should have opened it sooner but put it in the closet and forgot. Was going to use it today. Sort of expensive to have parts missing.

Cleans up easy and comes with 2 spike sizes. Smaller one hold over 4lbs of chicken enough to feed a large family or group of people. Does not warp under heat stays true to its shape also deep enough to hold any juices that may come from cooking. Smaller spike fits well in my smoker.
