This actually works! I suffer from mild anxiety that quickly turns to extreme anxiety in stressful situations, most notably public speaking. I started taking this product a week before a leadership conference I was scheduled to attend on the other side of the country. I had to travel alone and hadn't flown in 17 years, so I had several sources of anxiety ahead of this trip. I noticed a slight difference at first, almost like taking a deep breathe, but it wasn't until I was navigating through the airport by myself that I realized that the product was actually working. I wasn't nervous or anxious at all, and I maintained that throughout my travels and during the conference, even when I was voluntold to speak on a microphone in front of 160 peer and executive leaders, a task that would normally make anxiety creep up into my chest and throat and render me speechless, or at best, a shaky voice. For people like me, who don't take a prescription for anxiety and just need something to take the edge off, I highly recommend this product.

I take it when needed for anxiety or racing thoughts and it works quickly and effectively.i definitely feel more calm and better able to get what i need done.it works great in the midst of a panic attack so i keep a container in my pocketbook on the go. i also will take it to fall asleep quicker when i am worrying or having repetitive or racing thought. i have a sleep disorder so it works well with ambien. i have not felt any side effects. i highly recommend it. great seller and product came quickly. i do order 4 or 6 at a time which saves a little money. i have never needed to take perscription drugs for my anxiety.i will continue using this product. it is hard to find at any stores near me so i am thankful i can get it so easily on line. thank you

I am in decade No. 3 of treatment for PTSD and Panic Disorder -- it's been a peach. For someone dealing with something like the same, I would suggest that this is worth considering. I wouldn't suggest that this packs the same punch as something your doctor might prescribe. On the flip side, it doesn't carry with it the same side effects of drowsiness or memory impairment, which is HUGE. For my part, I find mornings very difficult as lethargy gives way to debilitating anxiety that upends my days. I've taken this for only a few days in the a.m., but it does seem effective to hold anxiety at bay long enough to get to the gym, or simply to get going. I usually never write reviews, but wow, this actually works. I noticed a difference in just 1 day. I even had people at work tell me “you’re smiling again” “you look great today (happier)*. I have been struggling with burnout from stress slowly going into some depression, neglecting my self care, agitated, low patience with everyone and everything. I spend one night desperately searching for something that wasn’t a prescription medication. I’ve tried every supplement out there but thanks to ChagGpt, 😂🤷🏻‍♀️, it narrowed it down to this combination with the lemon balm. I’ve tried L-Theanine by itself and it did nothing. I noticed I have been sleeping solidly through the night, feel refreshed in the morning, and most importantly things that would normally trigger my stress and cortisol to spike, didn’t even bother me. I feel like and happy, I have energy now to do daily tasks, I’m focused and calm. Doesn’t make you feel tired during the day just a calm feeling and sense of peace and happiness. Finally. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night.
