Very good protection, my iPhone was dropped which could have cracked the screen but instead this little item absorbed the shock and broke instead. Easy to replace, well worth it.

Ordered for my new iPad Air (5th generation). Looked at sturdier cases in the Apple Store but at £70 the cost was steep. At £18 this was a more attractive option - also a greater choice of colours. I was not entirely sure the case would be the correct fit as although the description said for 5th/4th generation the serial number on my iPad did not exactly correspond to the ones recommended. I ordered confident I could send it back if not the correct size. It does fit, but not tightly - so, easy to get on and off. Unlike the experience of some reviewers, the case arrive in good condition with no abrasion marks - the clear panel on the back is protected in transit by removable film.Likes: The back is clear so it reveals the colour of the iPad - it does show fingerprints and it remains to be seen how long it remains scratch free. The part that holds in the tablet is rubberised so hopefully the corners will not crack off in time as they have on previous cases. All buttons and touch ID are accessible although volume buttons need a determined push to operate. Apple pencil held in place and charges when in its trough. Convenient hole beneath the pencil to prod it it out for use.Dislikes: The biggest disappointment is the magnet designed to wake the iPad and to hold the cover in place. If held with the tablet facing down, the cover just flops open. It does not seem to have the satisfying audible click when closing that I had on a previous (inexpensive) case, and at first I was not convinced it was putting the device to sleep. After a bit of checking I think the sleep/wake function does work but I miss that click.Considering it holds the Apple pencil as well as the tablet it is probably as slim as you will get. In terms of general protection as long as you can keep the cover on it is a lot better than no case at all - but it’s not Otterbox protection, and this is why it is a lot cheaper.A bit annoying that the price appears to have dropped by almost £3 overnight.

Sturdy and such a nice design

Wouldn't recommend for constant use flimsy and not worth the money, have already replaced not even 4months old.

This is a fantastic case. I read a ton of reviews before buying and was a bit unsure what to expect. The case comes with a plastic protective film. It was very scratched. I imagine that’s what people are talking about in their reviews, as once I removed it, underneath the film the case was crystal clear.The magnets are decent. Not life changing by any stretch of the imagination but not as bad as people say either. The case stays closed and the rubber part is tight against the iPad which makes it feel very secure.Overall, I’d buy this again.

I just got a new iPad Air in green and I was looking for a transparent case so that it wouldn't hide the colour. Most cases are soft and become yellow pretty much immediately, but this one is different. It looks so professional, basically like the official brand but with an extra space for a pencil. I hope not to drop it anywhere but it's got a slight bit of padding on the corners. When you close the cover the iPad screen locks. Overall a big yes from me.
