Will this work as a microphone/intercom on a foscam FI99006

This mic will work with any IP camera that has in IN for a microphone. You may have to add an adapter to make the connection. You can also just use it as a microphone feed into a computer as long as you supply the 12 volts. It's not rocket science like Amcrest wants you to think by them saying it is only compatible with Amcrest cameras.

How do i get a power supply for this?

If your local Radio Shack (or similar) does not have a multi-voltage adapter with multiple tips, you'll need to order a 12 VDC Power Supply with at least 1000 mA output. Here is a bit of information about determining tip size. As for me? I just use an old network router 12 VDC power supply. Does this an IP4M-1051?

This camera already has audio. This external mic is designed for cameras that do not have on board audio. Amcrest Team

Does this need a small audio amplifier to make a speaker work?

This is just a microphone designed to be connected in line with a camera. For example I have mine connected this way into an NVR and when I view my NVR either through a computer or my phone, I can hear the audio. For my setup the computer and the phone amplify the audio.
