Solid pot...happy with purchase
I've used this pot for several months now. No complaints. It heats evenly, and it's perfect for popping corn. The exterior is still glossy and has a nice shine (I don't put this in the dishwasher). If anything sticks โ rare โ I just add water with a little soap, and the next morning, it cleans very easily and thoroughly. Of course, the interior slowly picks up that light bronze-ish color over time, like all 'stainless.' Barkeeper's Friend is much faster than the vinegar/baking soda method. Note that the handles will eventually become hot on medium-high heat. Medium or lower, they remain cool. I would buy more Tramontina products.

The best pots
These pots are the best of the best. Their resistance and the quality of the material make them unique and easy to clean. It's worth every penny spent. I recommend them 100%.

Works as advertised, great for the price!
Great value, sturdy, well made and easy cleanup. Perfect size to replace our non-stick that was well past it's usefulness. Performs as advertised, including use in oven. Glass lid makes it easy to check without releasing heat/steam.

My Favorite Pot
I have been using this pot for at least 10 years. This is the pot I love. It is the perfect size. I think the opening and the depth are perfect, so it's comfortable to cook with. It's easy to clean, even though I use a lot of oil. I recently purchased another one of this same pot.

Great pot
I've only used it twice, but I love the cooking results.

Nice Solid tri-ply Dutch Oven
Replaces an earlier anodized aluminum where the anodized surface was wearing off. Won't have that problem with this one. Nice construction.
User
Good stuff.
Tramontina pots are great at reasonable prices. Three ply is plenty.

It's very good until you spot the enshitification
I bought this brand based on an enthusiastic Wirecutter review of one of their more "gourmet" offerings, but this model because I love glass lids. This pan satisfies my needs today, but it is only a matter of time before I have to trash it.I have been happy with this pot. It is shiny. It has a glass lid that I can easily see through. It goes through the dishwasher very nicely and I can use some Barkeepers Friend when I want to shine it up. It has boiled and cooked and heated well. It works just fine with an induction cooktop. I have not experienced any dents, warping, or the lid issues that some have reported. (I'm also careful and gentle with my cookware, use wooden utensils inside whenever possible, don't stress the glass lid, etc. I want my pots to last for decades.)But through it all, I was confused why the rim of the pot was so strange-feeling. Yesterday I finally stumbled on the answer.Basically, as in the class-action lawsuit against All Clad (you can do a web search for it), the tri-ply pot material is not sealed at the edges. It's visible in the product listing photos if you look carefully enough (I did not, and here I am). You can also see it in my photo. There is a clear sandwich of stainless/aluminum/stainless at the rim of the pot.So I have two choices: use this pan like I normally would and replace it fairly soon, or baby it by handwashing it and never putting it through the dishwasher to avoid wearing down that exposed aluminum core. >:[ TBD what I do, and it will be a useful pan as long as it lasts, but I've definitely learned a lesson about cookware from this whole thing.

Great cookware
After reading reviews I decided to purchase this large cookware pot. The quality was good, love the clear vented lid. Even heat distribution and holds the heat well. I would purchase other sizes from this brand.
