Excellent fuel for long races, easy on the stomach
This is my third time using Huma Plus Double Electrolyte Gels, and they’ve been a game changer. I’m not a trained runner, but I’ve made it through several half-marathon Spartan races with these — they help prevent cramps and keep my energy steady the whole way. I follow the instructions on the packet, and they’ve never upset my stomach (which is a big deal for me with other gels). They’re delicious and easy to get down during a race. Overall, they work exactly as advertised — reliable energy, no crash, and gentle on digestion. I’ll keep using them for every endurance event.

Great for marathon training (with a sensitive stomach)
While training for my fourth marathon, I all of a sudden had really bad stomach issues during my long runs. I was eating GU, just like the previous times (and had no issues during previous marathon training). A blog I read highly recommended the huma gels so I tried. I have truly converted! This taste SOOOOOO much better and more natural than the GU gels. The strawberry lemonade is kind of tangy and a little more watery than GU so it's possible to eat it during a long run WITHOUT water which is a game changer. It didn't aggravate my stomach at all which really helped my long runs. I ran with three during the marathon and they really helped keep me energetic. Definitely definitely recommend this.

Energy boost
I hate gels, I think they all taste weird and make me gag. I've been stuck on gummies for a long time because I struggle with gels so much. But these are awesome. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and the taste is pretty good. The effects are strong. I take a couple on my longer runs (about 15 miles) and about 10 minutes after eating I get such a boost. It's pretty amazing how much I felt these. For me, the boost lasted for a half hour possibly longer.

Best nutrition for marathons
After years and years of racing with stomach issues I found something that works. This is all I use now during races and training for both marathons and ultra marathons. I also use their new Ultra for pre race. Great nutrition and ingredients and no stomach bombs.
