Dexter russell knife
I liked this knife. I use it for sea fishing . I intend to keep it in my boat for the summer months.

Best fillet knife out there period
I've probably bought 10+ fillet knifes some over $100 and this is still the best do it all knife for saltwater fish. It has enough backbone to go through rib bones on redfish, snook, and even sheepshead, the flexibility and shape is perfect and it holds an edge really well. The straight blade makes taking the skin off fillets much cleaner IMO. This knife with a quick sharpen in between fish is as good as it gets. I just wight they made a cheaper/better sheath
