My case was that during an extreme illness I had pushed wax into my ear with a qtip causing hearing problems. It did not clear on its own so I tried this. It worked after several uses for extended periods of time. I'd put 10 drops in my ear and lay down to let it work for 30 minutes. I could hear it bubbling and every once in a while it felt like the liquid moved a bit causing a small tickle in my ear. After half an hour I rinsed and nothing had changed. I would then immediately cleaned my ears with a specialized spiral cleaner, removing a small amount of wax, but I could still not hear properly. Then, after the third day of repeating this process, voila it worked. Cleaning alone had failed.

I had a totall clog in one ear. 10 drops of Mack's and 30 minutes of dissolving and it flushed out. Get the rubber bulb to squirt water into your ear to flush the wax away. While it is working you can hear the gas bubbles being formed by the wax breakdown ... Good stuff ...

Too short of expiration time

One of the few things I have purchased that performs exactly as stated in the product description. Squirt it in one ear and listen to it bubble a bit then let it come out and then clean your ear and then repeat on the other. The wax turns watery and needs to be cleaned before it can get a hold of your ear again.

This product cleared up my noggin so well, I could see the future. Let me unpack. My ear kept clicking for some strange reason when I chewed, so I bought this product to clear wax. I followed the directions & after about an hour, I noticed the clicking was gone. I immediately thought, “Wow, this stuff really works!” & then thought, “I need to get some more for the future”.
