Reflections "Looks Like Silver" Plastic Silverware 120-Piece Set: 40 Plastic Forks, 40 Spoons, 40 Knives

I bought these for a baby shower. I wanted something a little bit more than just plastic utensils. They look just like real silverware. and they are decorative to look like real silverware. But as soon as you pick them up, you know they are plastic. I tried to break a knife and couldn't so they are sturdy. enough to use at a barbecue or picnic. The knives are serrated so its possible they could cut a very tender steak. if you want something more decorative than normal plastic utensils for an informal outdoor wedding, a family reunion or a baby shower, this should work for you. Warning: it will kill you to throw them in the trash. They look that good.

I purchased "Looks Like Silver" plastic silverware to use for a Garden Tea Party I hosted. I had many more guests than I had flatware for but I didn't want to use plastic. Then I saw this product advertised and decided to give it a try. When it arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the look of quality. It wasn't until I picked it up that I could really tell it wasn't metal. When I set my tables it even looked better than just sitting in the box. My place settings looked great. I used large decorative paper plates for chargers but served the food on clear plastic. I used fabric table cloths and cloth napkins so the "silver" set it off beautifully. I highly recommend this procduct.

I needed some plastic silverware for a party, but didn't want to use the cheesy white stuff found in most stores. I do like the clear type, but wanted something a little more good-looking. This really looks like it could be metal silverware! The handles even have a deco type design on them. People were surprised when they picked it up and realized that it was plastic! Many guests asked me where I got it, and the ones that know me knew it had to be Amazon.com!!! ha ha!! The plastic is thick and not flimsy, and the edges are nice and smooth (I hate some of the plastic spoons that never fail to slice your lip!) Really an awesome product! I will be buying these for casual events from now on!

Just received my product. It arrived in a timely manner and was packaged well. The individual boxes that the silverware came in were a little roughed up- but the silverware itself appeared to be fine. They appear to be stronger than most plastic silverware but not as strong as I feel that I have previously used.

I wanted nicer-looking plastic utensils for my wedding reception and these worked out perfectly. They look like real silverware until you pick them up, so they would work for both casual and more formal events. We used these with clear plastic plates and cloth napkins, but I've seen them used with a variety of other types of place settings. They're very reasonably priced for the quality. I would definitely recommend these for parties, holidays, etc.

My fiancé wanted metal flatware for our outside, BBQ wedding but I chose to persuade her to these because they were something I didn't have to keep. We did recycle the used ones afterwards. All the guests were very impressed and they worked great for all the food.

These are awesome and its an inexpensive way to help add value to your casual event/bbq. Look great and they can go in the dishwasher without any issue so they can be used again. The silver finish does NOT wash off like other "silver" plastic cutlery. Great product!

I'm a wedding planner/decorator and use these all the time when I want to add economical elegance to a dining experience. They're so much like the realthing. Hope they consider doing them in gold tone as well as the silver. They're resilient and affordable and can be tossed or recycled to use again. I highly recommend them for parties and wedding receptions.
