My cat likes to play with water and used to flip her old bowls over. She can’t mess with this one. Sometimes she manages to push it around a little bit but no more accidents. After 6 years, the bowl looks brand new. It’s just perfect: functional. adorably, and easy to clean.

My seven cats have three choices of "watering holes" in different locations to encourage them to drink plenty of water. The stainless steel bowl in the most popular location wasn't large enough and had to be filled twice daily. Not often but sometimes I would forget, and by nightfall, it would be bone dry. (They still have two more water bowls, and neither has ever gone dry. Still I intend to keep water in all three bowls at all times.)Large capacity water bowls for cats aren't that easy to find. I've looked for a suitable replacement, in pet stores and online, without success, and decided to widen my search. Other than stainless steel and glass, I know ceramic bowls harbor less bacteria than plastic. FINALLY a water bowl that works for my cat! My cat loves to push her water dishes around, which of course results in water spilling everywhere. I tried multiple different bowls and non-slip mats, whatever I could, but nothing stopped her from pushing the bowl (She’s about 14 lbs and pretty strong.) I had gone to the pet store to get a dog bowl, but even those seemed too weak (most were plastic with a rubberized bottom).One day, I saw someone recommend this product in a cat group on social media. It took me a while to decide to buy it because of its price, but I’m so glad I did! I have had it for about a year now and there hasn’t been a single spill! My cat hasn’t been able to move it more than a centimeter, although she has occasionally been able to rotate it 90°.If you have had similar struggles, definitely give this bowl a try! Additionally, the purple color is true to the photo and is very pretty.

This is the only bowl my I’ve been able to buy which my cat doesn’t scoop all of the water out of. I’ve had to keep his bowl in a bathtub or sink for years because he always scoops the entirety of the water out of the bowl and onto the floor otherwise. He’s warped the wood and linoleum floors in my old apartments because of this. This particular cat water bowl has been my savior! He can’t scoop any water out because of the angle!!!He and his sister kitteh can drink the water without getting wet (he’s a long haired cat and she’s a short haired cat) and they both seem to drink plenty of water from it. It holds 2-3 cups of water so it’s pretty hefty. The roomba has scooted it around when we don’t have the placemat under it, but it’s pretty sturdy otherwise. Super happy with this purchase

I love my new Big Head Kitty bowls!! I actually bought two so I can have one for water and one for food. My cat loves to eat like a crazy beast and he'll smack smack smack his mouth and spill food everywhere! I always had to clean up after him and put the food back inside his dish, but not anymore! The design of the bowl is round and curves upward so there are no more spills (with water or food!) Another struggle I had with my cat was that he just LOVED to tip the water bowl over and spill water everywhere for fun. This happened all the time until I changed it to the Big Head Kitty bowl :D Ha. I win! He does not tip the bowl over anymore and it's less clean up for me in general! Another added bonus is that now my cat can be properly hydrated without me worrying if he's spilling the water everywhere instead of drinking it when I am not at home. Highly recommended product!

Looks cute and big which is the most two important things, the fact that it’s tilted of course affects the amount of water that it holds, so it doesn’t hold as much as the size makes u think, but eventually it’s really cute and holds a reasonable amount of water, so yeah that’s the most important thing, could be a little cheaper.

My kitty was previously a stray and has had a hard time adjusting to eating and drinking out of bowls. Even with heavier bowls and a non skid mat underneath, he still managed to tip them over. This bowl is very substantial and I don't see how he could tip this over. I was a little worried that he would not want to drink out of it, but so far so good.My kitty is also deaf and wears a Tile that hangs down from his collar. A trip to the water bowl meant the Tile was taking a dip in water bowl every time and it would usually not last longer than 9 to 12 months. I'm not sure why, but the Tile seems to be getting dunked in the water way less now. I really was not thinking about the Tile when I bought this bowl but I'm glad it's getting wet less and I'm hopping it lasts longer now.

The cats prefer this design, i think it keeps the water more shaded.

Our cat has a large head (rescued tom, neutered late), so the reduced whisker stress from this big bowl is wonderful. Great product.

Having two Maine coon cats, a large water bowl is definitely needed. I always had a problem with water spillage from the previous water bowl as one of my cats likes to paddle with this front paws. This larger bowl has solved this problem - it’s deep enough that he can still dip his feet in but not splash the water onto the floor.
