Works exactly as described
Getting in and out of the back seat of the truck was becoming very difficult for our 60-lb senior Aussie. These steps have made it much easier for her to go on rides with us. I particularly like the covering on the steps and the depth of the steps - she feels very secure using them. They don’t quite lay completely flat on the floorboard so we put one foot on the bottom step to hold it steady for her. They are light enough for me to set up and take down one-handed and they fold down into a nice size for easy storage. We are very pleased with this purchase and are considering getting a second set for our bedroom so she can snuggle with us on the bed.

Supports the weight of a 95 lb shepherd
Can be placed in door of our Ford SUV to allow dog to climb in. It took some coaxing intially, but she uses it with ease.Easy to fold and unfold. Good product.

It takes time for the dog to learn.
Our 85 pound dog won’t jump into the car. We got tired of lifting him so we bought these wonderful folding, easy to use stairs. Y back is now so much better!

Excellent lightweight dog stair
My dog has gotten too old to jump into my SUV and he hates getting picked up so I needed some kind of ramp to get him in my SUV. I looked at a lot of ramps online ant there were 2 main problems. The 1st was the size. When folded up, it was big and took up a lot of space. This is very compact - folded iup it is 16x14x6 inches. The 2nd problem is that in the reviews the biggest complaints were either that they were slippery or that the surface was like sand paper and rough (some times even tore up) their dogs paws. This has a textured rubber surface. It is light weight and folds and unfolds easily. I can do both with one hand. My girlfriend loved how well it worked so I got her one for her dog. It pretty sturdy as long as you get both handles situated on your car. There is some kind of latch for you to really secure it to your car but I am not sure what I am suppose to latch it to. But you don't need it . For reference my dog weighs about 65# and my GF's dod is close to 120#.The criticisms? It could be a little wider (though this would obviously make it bigger when folded too). It is not a bid problem, you just need to make sure your dog lines up straight with it. My dog loves getting into the car. When I start unfolding this he gets excited and doesn't want to wait until it is fully set up to start climbing it to get in the car. One time he tried to run up it starting from the side and almost fell off the side. Now I make sure that he is in a straight line with it before he starts. The other criticism is the one that caused the 4 stars instead of 5. The handles that are used to prop it to the car are covered in a soft foam rubber. These easily slide off. They easily slide back on but I shouldn't have to do that. They need to invest in a better adhesive.

Perfect for Getting Dogs into Trucks
Perfect height for my dog to step onto the truck floor or just one small jump to get from stair to seat. My dog isn't great with stairs but when using it inclined he got the hang of it after only a few tries. Very sturdy, not shaky so he is comfortable going up and down. Easy to carry and stash under the seat too. Would buy again.
