This review is for a Thera-Band TB-21040 Latex Exercise Tubing Band by Thera-Band. This is an updated review and I am very happy with this! I struggled with severe back issues for too long. My physical therapist had given me 2 Thera-Bands to take home and utilize in my physical therapy exercises. We did not have this poundage. We initially purchased it to use with our slingshots and were happy in general for that purpose. Once I was able to increase my poundage in my exercise routine, we cut the length we needed and I use this daily. It has yet to stretch out, it looks brand new and I've used this for many months. We definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a good tubing for exercise needs and for sling shots. We've gotten good use out of this band! The original bands that came with my wife's machine were dry rotted, these worked great. Pay attention to the resistance/colors when ordering. Green was the prefect balance(per her feedback). They will likely appear to be a little smaller(diameter) then what came on your machine, but resistance was the same for me.

I prefer these to resistance bands. They are more durable and easier to set up or store.

Excellent product and well priced. Use these for archery coaching

I wanted to replace some bands provided by physio, and liked the black high-resistance type. Tubing is excellent for shoulder exercises and ties neatly on posts etc.
