This Morphy Richards 52L OTG is absolutely worth it. I received a completely sealed, brand-new unit in perfect condition. The build quality, looks, and performance are superb. I tested all the functions — heating, convection fan, rotisserie, lights — everything works smoothly. Great for baking, roasting, and especially Christmas cakes. The size is perfect and the oven looks premium in the kitchen. Very happy with this purchase and the value for money. Highly recommended!

The platform’s policies seem designed to protect sellers at the expense of buyers. The burden of proof is entirely on the customer, and the return process is so convoluted that many people simply give up. This is not just poor service—it’s exploitative.
