Some characters should be re-released in a different form, but it’s very unlikely she would be included in that. Don’t quote me on it, but there is a belief that hard to find favorites like Captain America, Dr. Strange or Hulk might come back in a new form, for different reasons, but there is no announcement at this time. In Black Widow, you have a quality justice aspect character and a few bonus cards for strength, justice, protection, even a few basic cards that feature Black Widow art, which could easily be added or swapped in. She is fun, not overpowered, broken, or hard to find, yet. If you’re on the fence, don’t be.
