I installed the headboard at the highest setting to accommodate a ZINUS Night Therapy 12” Euro Box Top Pocket Spring Hybrid Queen Mattress. The mattress fits perfectly on the frame and sits below the headboard. Great height to utilize the space beneath the frame for storage. The only thing that could make it better would be barriers on the side rails to prevent the mattress from sliding side to side, as of now, this hasn't been an issue since the mattress fits so snuggly within the frame.

I purchased mine from Walmart for $165. Assembly was no problem - it definitely helps to have an electric drill/tool with a hex nut, but a Hex key wrench is included. The frame sits about 13.5" up and my mattress is 12". Sadly a bit high for my girls to jump up (and down) from the bed (2 small Shih Tzu's). But otherwise very happy with the frame.

Great product easy to put together with the step by step instructions. Very sturdy nice headboard.
