You can get additional/replacement files directly from Winning Solutions at phone 978-525-2816. I spoke with a very nice lady and told her I wanted to get more tiles. She sent me 100 new tiles in a velvet bag. Here's the best part... She sent them to me free, even though I told her I had bought the game from Amazon. Can't get a better deal than that.

What are the dimensions of the tiles?

Around 1 inch squares .very easy to read if your considering this set great for people who have trouble seeing. We love it . Great quality

Does this have a box it can be stored in like other games or does it have to be out all the time?

It comes in a cardboard scrabble box. We store it under our bed in it just fine.
