Such a versatile cooking pot. We use it on the stove to brown off the meat and then just add the rest of the ingredients before placing it into the oven to cook a casserole or stew. This ability to be used either on the hob, in the oven or both makes it ideal for cooking so many things and it is attractive enough to be used on the table as a serving dish. It's also very robust and cleans easily. Can definitely recommend.

Convient pour micro-ondes, four traditionnel, flamme gaz, congélateur, supporte le choc thermique, adapté au lave-vaisselle. On peut donc la sortir du congelo, dégeler au micro-ondes, braiser sur le gaz et terminer la cuisson au four . Quel autre type de récipient est capable de faire cela ? J'en possède plusieurs de tailles différentes. De plus son format est particulièrement intéressant. Je craignais qu'elle ne rentre pas dans mon micro-ondes mais si ! A recommander.
