Good Performance and Outstanding Customer Service
I’m writing this review after using the hair dryer for 1 year and 4 months. Overall, the product is good and works well. It offers adjustable blower speed along with heat and cold settings, which are very convenient. The included accessories are also quite useful and easy to use. The product comes with a 2-year replacement warranty, which is very reassuring. Recently, the blower function stopped working, but the customer care team was extremely helpful and replaced it with a new unit within 4 days. I truly appreciate their quick and hassle-free service.

Nice product and after sales service
I got my product replaced after around 22 months. The entire process was seamless, Nikita Singh from the customer support helped with the entire process. A complaint was registered and the damaged product was picked up from my place the next day and the new product was delivered in the next 2-3 days. The team was very supporting. Highly recommend the product and the after sales service.

Heavy duty and durable!
The dryer is all good in every aspect and I want to add one thing which was missing in other reviews is that it has cool mode also other than cool shot button. Rest everything is great, works great, does it's work efficiently and yeah a little noisy but it's all good!
