شفره الجهاز متضرره

للاسف الجهاز وصلني متضرر .. الشفره تقطع على كيفها والسنسر مايتحرك مع القطع عشان جي يوم تقطع الورقه كله تنقطع مع حركه الشفره.. ياريت هالشركات اللي توفر اجهزه تجيك عالجهاز يشتغل او لا قبل اطرشه للناس لانه مبالغ تندفع مو مصخره

Disappointed!

Product are not working properly. We tried different ways following their instruction to calibrate the machine, but no improvement. Contacting customer service and follow troubleshooting instruction, found out that machine is defective. We spend 3 days figuring out, but non working out. Returned the machine.
