Very energizing and effective.
Whenever I use this product I’m a lot happier, and wayyyy more energized, it feels like a very deep energy that motivates me to do everything I’ve pushed off. When I stop using it for a couple weeks I notice a very strong effect when I start using it again. It’s very good for sexual health as a male, I find myself a lot more attracted to girls I normally don’t find all that special. Having said all this, every natural health product I’ve ever tried only works well with exercise for good circulation, whether that is light, moderate or heavy according to your abilities. This is just a good compliment to what your body is naturally meant to do. When considering this from a TCM perspective I would definitely consider it more yang than yin as stated in the dragon herbs website, but it feels like it still replenishes both quite well.

I do notice an energy boost upon taking for about 2 months, but I don't know what else it's doing for me.. I will take these for longer and will also try the deer ones
