AirPerfect Pizza Pan with Cutting Guides, 16-Inch, Gray

I bought this months ago but just got around to using it today. I am impressed. My pizza was cooked at 500 degrees (I won’t do that again - I’ll explain below) for around ten minutes and it came out nearly perfect. The crust was SO close in texture and color to a pie from your favorite pizza shop - even had the black dusty singe on the bottom! This pan truly is non stick: be careful taking the pan/pizza out of the oven! Don’t rush or jerk the pan off the oven rack or the pizza will start sliding right off! As other reviewers wisely pointed out do NOT cut the pizza while it’s on the pan: you will damage the non stick coating. Instead, slide the pizza easily off the pan onto a pizza peel or good sized cutting board and cut it there. Now for a word about heat. While the manufacturer doesn’t list the maximum heat this pan can withstand, I would not recommend cooking above 450 degrees Fahrenheit as I suspect the non stick coating will start breaking down in short order. I was able to find a similar non stick pizza pan on Amazon that did indeed mention the maximum cooking temp and the manufacturer says to not exceed 450 degrees. No biggie. Just cook your pie at 450 and experiment with cooking time. This pan is very efficient and distributes heat evenly: you may not need as much time as you think. Overall I’m extremely pleased with this pan and it’s a great value. I was totally how shocked how good my first attempt came out on this pan. I’ve used other bare bones basic pans in the past and could never get the crust to come out as crispy as I did with this pan. Highly recommended. Just don’t cook your pizza above 450 degrees!

I'm in love with this pan. 1st: This is a huge pizza pan, you could easily fit a 16 inch pizza on this; 2nd: This is a nicely weighted pan, it's not like a flimsy aluminum pan; 3rd: It has a nice non-stick surface, my pizza just slid off onto my cutting board; 4th: It was so easy to clean, especially since nothing stuck to it. This pan will last for many years, it's really nicely made. The pizza cooked evenly and the air holes really helped the bottom cook nicely, no soggy crust on the bottom. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this pan, which I bought with my own money (lol). Highly recommend.

This has become our go-to pan for pizza night. I really like the perforated bottom because it helps the crust cook nicely instead of coming out soft underneath. The nonstick surface makes it easy to get the pizza off the pan, and the cutting guides are a surprisingly handy touch when it’s time to slice. It’s a nice size, easy to use, and cleanup hasn’t been a hassle. Definitely happy to have this one in the kitchen. I just store it in the oven.

I gave this 5 stars because even though it won't fit in my oven (I have a countertop oven - not a toaster oven), I thought they were very well made, very sturdy and pretty versatile. I use them as serving platters for pizza after I take it out of the oven lol. The slots are genius for cooling.

Love the pan. But BEWARE, it is too large for a standard Thermador built-in kitchen oven. You cannot close the oven door.

This pan isn't going to make you better at making pizza, but it will very quickly raise your pizza cooking game to a fairly high level. Cooking at 450 for about 8 or 9 minutes, you will get an incredibly, frankly preposterously crispy crust. It feels like a cheat code. I don't know how it would do for a thicker crust pizza, but a thin crust bar-style pizza, it's absolutely a perfect tool. It will leave little dots of dough on the bottom of your pizza, though. This is fine, but I should note it. It's a little annoying to clean, and you will get water everywhere the first time.

Buy these!! If you are looking for an easy way to make NY style pizza at home, these pans are amazing. No need to launch the pizza and they don’t stick to the pan.

El artículo llegó en una caja enorme. Pero dentro solo venía envuelto en película plástica sin otra protección. Llegó ligeramente doblado de una orilla, pero nada que cambie su función. Está perfecto, la pizza queda bien cocida y todo muy rico. Ojo que si llega a escurrir hacia abajo por los hoyitos. Recomendable poner papel aluminio u otra cosa para proteger el fondo del horno.

They are much thinner vs the old pizza trays but pizzas tasted better than before. The old pizza trays lasted for many years and hope that these will be fine too.
