Yummy! Hearty, healthy and nutritious substitution for those who want to transition from eating carcasses. I would encourage the seller to consider a diverse consumer demographic to include ebt-eligible consumers. It would be more sales revenue to them and more buyers.

The first time I ordered, all the cans I received were dented, but I think it was just rough handling. The product is super amazing, it has a nice gentle flavor, I've used it for curry, stir fry. Highly recommend

I tried this product due to the fact that it was Vegan. From the description, it sounded like it would go with Asian dishes, such as Pad Thai and Chinese fried vegetables. It added a surprising extra nice taste to the Dishes, especially when using the broth it comes in. The reason I only gave it 4 stars, is that the Cans are relatively small compared to other Brands of Vegan meat substitutes... But then again it's cheaper!

taste a little like teriyaki Sauce but the trouble came at delivery mail man pulled up handed me package said it spilled open in his truck,, I counted cans missing one can he looked in his truck some more and found the 12th can,,, a couple cans dented , but I will keep them ,just not buying again... thank you

I had ordered a case of seitan cans by the same seller. It was packed tight with product, with less gravy. This was mostly gravy, with less than half solids. The pieces themselves tasted OK, but were kind of fibrous. I will not reorder this. Both were pricey, for 10 ounce cans, but I may reorder the seitan.

I just opened me first can, hesitated for a moment and forked a piece straight out of the can and this is so tender, the broth is so delicious that I want to just finish the can right now. This does have FANTASTIC flavor and I am reordering now before they run out.

The cans were really beat up and everybody seems to have that issue but that doesn't really matter I guess since they're still edible in beat up cans.The texture isn't too bad and it really looks like duck when you stir fry it. The taste is a little weird as of my having tried to prepare one can so far. I'm not totally giving up yet on finishing the shipment but I didn't finish eating the first can after preparing it. With this sort of protein the first try not going well isn't necessarily the end. I'm hoping it just means I haven't found the best way to prepare it yet.Having said all this it's way overpriced.
