My story is that I had bunion surgery several years ago, but the damage from the bunions caused arthritis in my big toe joints. This in turn caused strain on my Achilles tendon. I needed a solution. I’ve been using these inserts a couple weeks now and I am already noticing improvement. Not only are my feet and toe joints feeling better, but my Achilles tendon appears to be less stained and does not hurt as much. These insoles are impeccably made to the exact size listed. They are so thin and fit perfectly under my custom insert. They are stiff without any give at all which supports my feet perfectly. Even with long walks, I don’t feel the rigid insole, but my feet feel better when I return. I do not know something like this could help my feet and Achilles so much. Highly recommended!!! Review: Feel is great - Honestly, I was very skeptical about purchasing these. I've been wearing them now for a couple of weeks and they have really made a huge difference! I'm so excited, I want them in every pair of shoes I own. Took a bit of time getting used to there was a slight pain in my arch for maybe 2 days but no more now. I wear a 6.5 and the ones in my boot are slightly to short at the top of my toe but other than that are great!. I wanted to try all the smaller things before moving on to injections and any type of surgery. ## Features - SOLD AS A PAIR: These carbon fiber insoles for men and women are sold as a pair, not as a single piece. In other stores, you may find them sold individually, which means if you plan to use them for both feet, you would need to buy two. - CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE: Please remove the original insole from your shoe, measure its length, and find your length range (in inches) on the size chart. Order the recommended carbon fiber insole size that corresponds to your current insole length. - PURPOSE OF USAGE: These 1.3mm carbon fiber insoles minimize bending and add stability. They help relieve pressure and pain, supporting recovery from Hallux Rigidus, Hallux Limitus, Turf Toe, fractures, and Morton’s Toe. - MORE COMFORTABLE LIFESTYLE: Suitable for men and women, these rigid insoles support foot health and sports like trekking, hiking, basketball, football, and running. They reduce fatigue and keep your feet comfortable in daily activities. - HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCT: Crafted from 100% genuine 3K carbon fiber, these insoles are thin, lightweight. I've been wearing them now for a couple of weeks and they have really made a huge difference! I'm so excited, I want them in every pair of shoes I own. Took a bit of time getting used to there was a slight pain in my arch for maybe 2 days but no more now. After reviewing the comments on Amazon for multiple such insoles I chose the Tega Carbon Fiber insoles. Many of the other insoles had a note from Amazon that they were frequently returned for various reasons, including poor fit. I ordered the Tega insoles because it is thinner than most while retaining its rigidity. This leaves more room in the shoe to accommodate the insoles while still providing the stiffness to avoid the flexion that causes the bone on bone pain of osteoarthritis. While the product was more costly than some other choices it was a perfect fit for both my New Balance 608's and my Brooks Ghost 15 shoes and well worth the additional cost. The product was easy to insert and the customer support is very responsive. I would highly recommend this product. ## Frequently Bought Together - TEGA Carbon Fiber Insole (1 Pair) - for Turf Toe, Foot Fractures, Hallux Rigidus and Limitus - Rigid Shoe Insert for Sports, Hiking, Trekking, Basketball, Running - Alternative to Post Op Shoe - ZenToes Turf Toe T-Straps - 10 Pack Moleskin Splints for Big Toe Injuries - Adhesive Toe Straighteners - Big Toe Splint for Women & Men, Broken Big Toe Support Brace for Big Toe Fracture Fixation,Sports Sprains,Injuries, Adjustable Big Toe Protector with 2 Aluminum Bars for Day & Night Use - Right（Blue） --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/338735569-tega-carbon-fiber-insole-1-pair-for-turf-toe-foot](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/338735569-tega-carbon-fiber-insole-1-pair-for-turf-toe-foot) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
