Q: Has anyone tried using the inserts as nursing pads? Are they absorbent at all?

The inserts help slow the leaking somewhat, but I wouldn’t say they are efficient nursing pads. They aren’t really absorbent and my bra and shirt still gets wets with them.

So purchase size large because at 36B that would be medium and being pregnant it increases weight hence your bust size so purchase large, they should fit comfortable

If you mean the pieces to extend the band, mine came with them
