The best book ever I just finished the first book. It had so many plot twists this is perfect for me and all the other potter heads plus the whole edaline and grady cancelling sophies adoption and then her getting kidnapped and saved by the black swan was so epic then she passes and is qualified for fox fire and grady and edaline adopt her is just so emotional. This is perfect for potter heads and kids from 8-12. Shannon Messenger you are my favourite author after J. K Rowling. Love your books shannon

My kids who are not readers, actually loved this series. Ages 10, 14 and 16 all spent the summer passing these around. I never thought I’d have to say, ‘ time to put the book down and come to dinner.’ Ha!

My 10 year old daughter is obsessed with these books. We got her the box set as she was so keen to start this series and we are always excited to encourage reading. She read these books before school, in the car, during silent reading time at school and in the evenings before bed. You know you have a reader on your hands when you have to take a book away from your kid so she can get ready on time for school or get to sleep! These books are magic! She can’t wait for the next book to come out!

After reading through the Harry potter series, this series was perfect for my kid. Book are of good quality.

So happy to find these available in India. My children love the series and have reread them many times. Arrived quickly and in good condition.

My 10 year old son has always opted for comic style books such as Tom Gates and Bunny Vs Monkey. We have bought various chapter books for him to read but they have never really captured his attention. He has tried to stick with Harry Potter but hasn’t made it passed the first book, he found them quite dark and heavy going. Stumbled across the first book in this series in a book shop. He couldn’t put it down. He read it in a week!!!!! This is unheard of for him as normally I have to cajole him along to read. He asked to get the second book in the series so I ordered the set. They arrived yesterday and he has spent most of today reading. Yay for these books. He loves them.
