Warning: Can degrade stitches
These helped massively with the pain but I think they contributed significantly to my episiotomy stitches breaking down on day 2. Would steer clear of anything damp if you've had stitches!

The first few liners gave the cooling effect and could feel it but after that it was very less, may be after opening the pack the effect becomes less.
