Lovely modern dishwasher
Lovely machine holds more than my old one, manual tells you how to set the hardness & rinse aid settings. Every thing came out sparkling & dry, a lot quieter than my old Bosch too. I have been using the express for most washes it only takes an hour & is brilliant. The intensive wash takes 2 hrs, you have to do it in this cycle on empty before you use it for the first time. Also fill the salt container to full with water before you add the salt, same with rinse aid, fill to max. Very happy with it, the delivery people were brill & it came very well packed, no damage at all. Going to download the app you can't use your favourites setting without doing this first. It also says you can get more features if you have the app.

No cold water pre-rinse option.
Looks good in my new grey-toned kitchen. BUT, it doesn't have a pre-rinse facility, which, living alone, and only using once or twice a week, was a really useful setting on my previous machines. As a result, it costs more per wash now, as I have to use 2 dishwasher tablets, and a longer programme to get my dishes clean. I'll make sure i have the pre-rinse option on my next machine, I naively assumed it was a standard feature!

Very bad quality
I had Bosch old one which I bought 10 years ago,it was perfect,that’s why I bought Bosch again.This one is bad quality,first thing when you open the door you have to pull hard,when the old one had a switch to open.It is plastic and you can see that is really waist of money.If it was cheap I would not complain.But this one looks so cheap👎

Excellent dishwasher at great price!
The media could not be loaded. I love everything of this dishwasher, very quiet and economic to run. Lovely colour and reassuring brand like Bosh with free delivery, I couldn't ask for more!!!👍 l have bought the identical one for my mum in Italy 💕
