Very effective product. I had one small spoon with water (almost) everyday for 3 weeks, and it helped take care of my stomach, especially during days when I was partying a lot, and hence intake of junk food was high.Also, I really like the after-taste that stays in the mouth for few minutes, gives a nice fresh feeling. Since its natural and made of the best ingredients, I prefer this to having chemical medicines such as Pudin hara, Eno etc.
